How can we help your needs?

1. DO NOT SMOKE
	Please refrain from smoking for at least 3 weeks before surgery (this includes staying out of a room with smokers).
2. NO ASPIRIN PRODUCTS
	Do not take aspirin or products containing aspirin for two weeks before surgery. You may take Tylenol for headaches or pain.
3. MEDICINE
	After you have been scheduled for surgery, do not start taking any new medications without contacting our office.
4. HIBICLENS SOAP
	Wash from shoulders to thighs with hibiclens or other mild soap twice daily for 3 days before surgery.
5. PREOPERATIVE BLOOD WORK
	Necessary lab work must be completed prior to surgery date.
6. REPORT ANY ILLNESSES
	Notify our office if fever, cold or any illness occurs before surgery.
7. SPECIAL GARNMENTS
	A soft cotton bra will be worn after surgery. You may purchase this from our office. An abdominal binder will be placed on you after the surgery. The binder is provided by the hospital.
